Why Anne Became a Therapist
While teaching yoga at the University of Maryland, I quickly learned that many of my students were genuinely in need of guidance and support. I think the most valuable aspect of being a therapist is having the skill set to listen, guide and watch people on their journey of self-discovery.
How Anne Lives Authentically
I authentically live by being true to myself first and allowing others to live more courageously.
