Danielle believes the most important step toward making progress begins with developing a positive therapeutic rapport/relationship.
A certified personal trainer, Danielle understands that the mind and body should be treated as one. Physical health and mental wellness are interconnected and her treatment plans often combine nutrition counseling/coaching and physical fitness. Staying active with proper nourishment plays a vital role in our mental health.
Why Danielle Became a Therapist
I truly believe each and every person should have the proper support and guidance to live up to their fullest potential. Everyone deserves to be the best possible version of themselves and I will work to help them identify their gifts and develop their strengths.
How Danielle Lives Authentically
