Why Lauren Became a Therapist
Nobody should go through the process of bettering their mental health alone. I became a therapist because I have seen first hand how an empathetic, well qualified counselor can affect a client’s well-being. I am truly dedicated to helping each and every client deal with their struggles, stressors, and difficulties.
How Lauren Lives Authentically
I live my life authentically by taking time for myself everyday whether it means taking a walk, going to an exercise class, or doing something I enjoy other than work or school. Working on my own mental health and well-being is important in order to successfully help others.
