Why Rachel Became a Therapist
I became a therapist to help military families build resilience and heal from the stress and trauma that comes with the military lifestyle.
How Rachel Lives Authentically
To stay grounded, I prioritize self-care and mind-body connection practices. I also lean on my support network when needed because I live relationally.
