Why Sehrish Became a Therapist
My own journey of introspection led me to psychology. I have always been drawn to being of service to others and helping others become the best versions of themselves. I particularly love how psychotherapy emphasizes the transformative aspect of human nature and our ability to overcome tribulations. Witnessing the transformation and healing of my clients has been the most rewarding aspect of being a psychotherapist.
How Sehrish Lives Authentically
I believe that all my clients serve as my mirror and a reminder to practice what I preach. I believe in the importance of growing together with my clients and working through my own blockages in order to be fully present for my clients. I consciously try to live a life that is grounded in a sense of purpose, introspection, light-heartedness, and finding joy within the mundane.
