Why Adesewa Became a Therapist
I became a therapist to provide support and for individuals in need of a safe environment to share their struggles and to help clients develop skills for navigating stressful stages of life. while focusing on assisting marginalized communities and immigrants who are dealing with generational trauma. Furthermore, working as christian therapist for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

I live authentically by remembering where my journey began, learning from my experiences and situations around me, getting in touch with myself regularly, and prioritizing self care to avoid burnout.
