Why Angela Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others, deeply interested in the complexities of the human mind, and committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a therapist is witnessing the transformation that clients undergo. Seeing clients develop resilience, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life reinforces my commitment to this profession and reminds me of the profound impact that therapy can have.
How Angela Lives Authentically
Authenticity in therapy also means being genuinely present and empathetic with my clients. I strive to create a non-judgmental and accepting space where clients feel heard and understood. By being fully engaged and showing genuine empathy, I help clients feel valued and supported. While I maintain my core values and principles, I also recognize the importance of flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of my clients. This means adapting my therapeutic approach to fit each client’s unique situation and being open to exploring different methods and techniques that resonate with them.
