She has worked with diverse children and their families as a clinician providing individual and group therapy. Before joining the Mirror Mental Health team as a clinical psychology extern, Bree gained experience at Children’s National conducting neuropsychological assessments and training in play therapy. Bree aspires to provide her clients with a secure, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment to feel heard and understood.

Why Bree Became a Therapist

I became a therapist to help people understand their inner strengths. As a Therapist, I help guide people through personal challenges, help ease emotional burdens, and empower people to achieve a healthier mind. Thus far, I have enjoyed encouraging, motivating, and empowering individuals for the next transition in their lives.

How Bree Lives Authentically

I approach life with a lot of grace as I accept my strengths as well as my weaknesses. Though it may be hard, I honor genuine self-care (being with friends, dancing, arranging flowers, and enjoying meals with my support system).
