Her training also includes outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults with urgent and impairing mental health needs. Liz has extensive non-profit and volunteer clinical experience working with men, women, and children who have experienced domestic and interpersonal violence and abuse.

Liz creates a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space for each client to explore themselves and their experiences so they can work toward finding the best solutions.

Why Elizabeth Became a Therapist

I believe that being in a space where we can feel understood is critical to healing and moving through our lives with a feeling of inner peace. My goal is to help my clients create the lives they crave through understanding, awareness and self-acceptance. I genuinely love what I do.

How Elizabeth Lives Authentically

I live authentically by setting and respecting my boundaries, allowing myself space when I need it, and staying true to my moral compass – even when that means making hard choices.
