Experience
Before pursuing graduate studies, Erica served as a case manager and wellness coach for children and families in Washington, D.C. Ward 8.
Erica’s focus in her graduate studies is giving voice to populations that have been historically underrepresented. She is an Additions Counseling Fellow through the National Board of Certified counselors and is happy to be receiving clinical training through Mirror Mental Health for the next year.
Why Erica Became a Therapist
I believe therapy helps us understand that what we are going through is a larger part of the human experience. No one deserves to go through their problems alone. I love watching others live their best lives.
How Erica Lives Authentically
I live authentically by being myself in all spaces and following my gut feelings at all times.
