Experience

Erica McSwain has been part of Mirror Mental Health since beginning her counseling training in 2024. She has experience working with clients of all ages.

Before becoming a counselor, Erica worked in community mental health, helping individuals and families navigate crises while providing calm and empathetic care.

Erica currently supports clients who are navigating tough life changes such as grief, family conflict, relationship concerns, identity development, anxiety, and trauma. She provides non-judgmental care, grace, and support while helping clients feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves.

Why Erica Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My clients are never alone in my care. I want to help clients make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels honest and empowering.

How Erica Lives Authentically

I live authentically by honoring my values, trusting my voice, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I don’t have to be perfect because imperfections are what makes us human.
