Jordan has extensive experience working in private practice and inpatient care settings allowing her to assess a diverse breadth of patients varying in age, background, presenting concerns, and culture. She prides herself on creating culturally inclusive care and creating an affirming environment for all.

Jordan’s experiences lead her to work with primary adolescents, young adults and adults. Jordan has a special intrest in working with clients experiencing learning disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. A majority of her clients exhibit some from of trauma and or PTSD which has encouraged her to get adversed in trauma informed therapy to help clients heal from unresolved trauma.

While her primary orientation is psychodynamic, she uses an eclectic approach to suit every client’s needs. Jordan’s therapy style is conversational, warm, and nonjudgemental. She uses a collaborative approach with the client to help empower the client to reach their greatest potential and goals. Her goal is to provide a safe space where clients can express their feelings free from judgment or bias.

Jordan wants to empower her clients on their journey to connect with their most authentic selves and work towards a healthy, harmonic mind, body, and soul. She enjoys helping clients set and meet their goals using solution-based strategies to reduce physiological, cognitive, and environmental stressors impacting their daily lives.
