Why Natalie Became a Therapist
From a young age, I’ve had a natural empathy and compassion for others, which led me to find joy and purpose in helping roles. My path to psychotherapy was shaped by the recognition of the immense need for mental health treatment and support within underserved and marginalized communities—populations I am particularly passionate about. Since then, I have found profound satisfaction in my work, constantly honing my craft to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those I serve.
How Natalie Lives Authentically
I am learning to embrace the present moment, laugh often, and spend meaningful time with those I care about and value. I strive to be generous with self-care and grace, to never stop learning, and to continually work on becoming the best version of myself, all while nurturing inner peace and balance.
