At the heart of Nathara’s approach is a deep respect for each person’s story. Nathara is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where indivduals feel safe, heard, and empowered.
Why Nathara Became a Therapist
I chose to become a therapist because I find it meaningful to witness people discover who they are and gain a deeper understanding of how their life experiences have shaped them. There is something powerful about seeing someone connect the pieces of their story, develop greater self-awareness, and recognize their own capacity for growth and healing.
How Nathara Lives Authentically
I live authentically by staying connected to my Caribbean roots, spending time with loved ones, and embracing all the twists and turns of life.
