Why Will Became a Therapist

During my twenty years of military service, I developed first hand knowledge and experience dealing with chronic stress, work/life balance issues, cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication, anger management, and emotional regulation. I believe in forming a partnership with clients and resolving small issues to both increase my client’s quality of life and to build resolutions for larger client concerns. I believe in making sure the client is firmly in control of the course their therapy takes.

How Will Lives Authentically

My primary methods for self care are creating things with my hands and taking appropriate amounts of time to myself. I spend time outdoors as much as I can to charge my batteries and I try to mentally check in with myself to make sure I’m not stretched too thin.
